TZEDAKAH PROJECTS

1. Save the Syrian Children…………….$178,729.00
   We partnered this year with Tamar and Phil Koosed and their amazing organization, Save the Syrian Children. KAVOD is proud to work closely with the Kooseds in providing medical supplies to war-torn Syria. Save the Syrian Children brings some of their supplies in to Syria through Israel in an extraordinary example of humanitarian concern for the other. All monies distributed to Save the Syrian Children through KAVOD were specially ear-marked for that purpose by the donors. [savethesyrianchildren.org]
2. HADADI – The Support Center for the Breast Cancer………..$1,500
   HADADI provides both emotional and material support for women coping with breast cancer. We are proud to partner with HADADI’s founder, our friend, Rochi Schitskovsky-Ivker, to help create a community of hope and strength.[www.hadadi.org]
3. Supporting Early Childhood Education for All Children……………$1,000
   We worked closely with an Early Childhood Education Center in Jerusalem to provide assistance for the children of refugees who otherwise would not be able to attend pre-school.
